Welcome to the Creede Baptist Church website. We are a church of active believers in the Good News of Jesus Christ located in the historic mining town of Creede Colorado (www.creede.com). We are dedicated to learning and obeying the word of God so that we can better worship and serve our Lord.
It is my purpose as the pastor of Creede Baptist Church to equip believers to fulfill the purpose outlined in Romans 8:29, “For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son …” I seek to lead these believers, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, to be conformed to the image of Jesus, in knowledge, attitude, and action.
If you are ever in Creede, we would be happy to have you worship with us.
Off to Africa
Here we go again. We are leaving on the 16th for Africa. We will spend two weeks in the bush (in the Mmpumalonga province) and then a week in Johannesburg. Because we will be in such a remote location in the bush, we do not anticipate having the ability to update the web site. We will see what God does.
Pray for us for strength and focus.
